Ask for a copy of the information Beams Vault holds about you, a correction, or deletion of your account. Requests are free, and you do not need to live in any particular state.

If you have an account

Sign in and open Privacy & Data Requests. Signing in verifies your identity, and your data package is available there to download.

If you no longer have an account

Email [email protected] from the address you used with Beams Vault and say what you are asking for. We confirm receipt within 10 business days, verify that the request comes from you before acting on it, and respond within 45 days of receiving it.
