Seller and Vault Pro include every currently supported marketplace destination. Depending on the destination, Vault publishes directly through the marketplace's API, prepares a CSV/export file, or guides you through a listing step by step. Manual listing guides are available on every plan, including Collector.
Shopify Integration is $59.95/month, installed and billed through Shopify, and works with any Vault plan. It does not change your Vault plan or its allowances.
The Seller trial requires a payment method and lasts up to 14 days with 20 Vault AI credits and 10 Market Checks. Paid Seller service begins when the 14 days end or when you continue beyond the 20 trial Vault AI credits or the 10 trial Market Checks, whichever comes first. If the first payment cannot be completed, the account returns to Collector access; your inventory and records are kept.
No. Included Vault AI credits and Market Checks reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Your included allowance is always used before any AI Top-Up balance.
A one-time $14.95 purchase for Seller and Vault Pro customers that adds 100 Vault AI credits and 50 Market Checks. Top-up balances have no expiration date while your account exists, carry across months, and stay with you if you move to Collector. They are forfeited without refund if the account is deleted, whether you delete it or it is deleted for inactivity. You can hold up to 5 active top-up packs at a time; a pack stays active while any of its balance is unused, and you can buy another as soon as one is used up. Top-ups are not available during the Seller trial. AI Top-Up purchases are final; unused top-up balances are non-refundable.
Yes, for purchased top-up balances only, and only when you choose to. 2 Vault AI credits convert to 1 Market Check, and 1 Market Check converts to 1 Vault AI credit. You see the exact amounts before confirming, and conversions cannot be undone.
Paid plans and monthly add-ons automatically renew until you cancel. Stripe Checkout shows the amount, interval, and taxes before you pay. If you cancel, paid features continue through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Collector. A refunded, reversed, or disputed payment ends paid features right away. Inventory, history, purchases, and unused top-up balances are kept when you move to Collector.
